Baked Carrot Cake Porridge

- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 grated carrot
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- In a saucepan bring to boil all the ingredients. Then simmer.
- Once the liquid has absorbed and it is thick, place mix into an oven proof bowl for about 15 mins in the oven.
- Top with extra banana or some walnuts.
