Nutrition and natural medicine consultations are based on evidence-based approaches to treating health conditions. This involves providing dietary and lifestyle advice, nutritional support, holistic health principles, and, when necessary, appropriate testing.

During each consultation, you can expect a thorough health assessment, food and nutrient intake analysis, and easy-to-follow treatment protocols. If necessary, practitioner-grade supplements will be prescribed.

Elizabeth’s initial consultations, which last 60 minutes and include a comprehensive health assessment, are priced at $190. Follow-up consultations, which are 30 minutes long and provide ongoing support, are available for $90.

Elizabeth spends at least one hour researching on top of your consultation time. She takes the time to understand the conditions presented (each person is unique), seeks to discover the possible root cause, and writes a comprehensive plan for you to follow.
