Description

The conventional medical blood test range is very broad and is there to diagnose and treat disease. That is why you can be ‘normal’, but still have symptoms.

Nutritionists don’t diagnose and treat disease. We can reduce symptoms and optimise your health before you become sick. Nutritionist have a root cause approach and are prevention focused.

While I assess my clients blood test results in consultations, I know not everyone can make an appointment for various reasons.

I have created this download to help you feel less confused when looking at your own results. The optimal range I use as a nutritionist is far stricter than that used in conventional medicine. Learn where it’s best to sit in the lab range.

Be an advocate for your own health.
