Hi, I'm Elizabeth Pattalis
Owner/Founder, Registered Nutritional Medicine Practitioner, Mindset Coach and Pilates Instructor.

I have studied applied kinesiology to help my clients achieve a positive mindset, conquering limiting beliefs, and breaking negative habits. I’m dedicated to helping you achieve a life of balance, vibrancy, and joy through personalised natural medicine. I have been working in the wellness sector for over 15 years. As evidenced by my extensive list of credentials, I'm passionate about learning. I regularly attends industry conferences and online courses to ensure I'm equipped with the most up-to-date research to support my clients with their health concerns.
I practice what I preach, following the 80/20 principle by maintaining a predominantly plant-based diet and exercising regularly with walks and pilates. I enjoys cooking, writing, reading, spending time in nature, and being with my family. I'm the mother of a boy toddler.
