Discover the power of balanced nutrition coaching – it’s all about giving you the tools to take control of your health journey. My mission is to show you that long-term weight loss is a byproduct of good health. The priority here is to establish a commitment to taking care of yourself.

Life is a delicate balance. It can be complex, demanding, and overwhelming. I are here to guide you in cultivating nourishing routines, enabling you to prioritise your well-being despite the typical challenges you may encounter.

If you are not looking to lose weight or don’t need to, you can still benefit from this course by nourishing your body.

Please don’t think of this coaching program as a diet. Although it involves a ‘detox’, the focus is on learning to eat well. During the first six weeks, you’ll have the structure and guidance to establish healthy habits. From weeks 7-10, you won’t receive meal plans, but you’ll have begun to understand how to balance meals on your own. You’ll still have access to meal ideas as I’ll provide you with a recipe ebook to inspire you.

Please note that my program may not be suitable for you if you are a binge eater (in which case, you may want to consider my program “A Course in Normal Eating”), pregnant, breastfeeding, or have an underlying health condition.

Why is this program better than other coaching programs?

I am a certified nutritionist with 15 years of experience in weight loss.

People often ask me, “how do you stay so disciplined?” But here’s the thing: it isn’t just about discipline. It’s a way of being. I act in congruence with who I am, someone who takes care of my health.

Additionally, I have well-established habits, which means that when life gets tough, I still make good choices for my well-being. I still enjoy the sweeter things in life, like ice cream, but I follow an 80/20 approach – eat well 80% of the time and enjoy treats 20% of the time.

This is my passion: helping women live healthy lives without restriction and deprivation. My passion lies in helping women lead healthy lives without feeling restricted. I understand the challenges, which is why I’ve created a coaching program. Through weekly guidance, I’ll help you achieve a healthy body and lifestyle.

  • $37 per week – 10 weeks

ADDITIONAL add ons

  • zoom 1:1 weekly 30 minute mat pilates session, $40 per week Or,
  • zoom 1:1 weekly 30 minute PT session (must have basic exercise equipment at home), $40 per week

IMPORTANT

Upon enrolment participants will receive an intake form, this will allow me to be able to provide you the best possible 1:1 support. If you purchase the add ons, you’ll receive an additional form.

Before enrolling, note availability is limited! Enrolling early ensures you get your preferred time slot for your coaching calls.

Coaching calls and fitness sessions are only available during business hours. 

Payments – your first payment gets deducted upon enrolling, not on the start date.
