5 Minute Healthy Strawberry Frozen Yogurt
Play around with this recipe using different berries if you like. The banana gives it the ice cream texture so you'll want to leave this fruit in it. If you freeze it upon making and let it harden it will resemble more of an ice cream.

- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 punnet frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- a couple drops of liquid coconut stevia
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with your favourite toppings such as nuts, honey, ruit and extra coconut. Enjoy!
