- 7 Day Menu plan (for one person). This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
- Dietary requirements and/or food intolerances if needed
- Your needs are considered, the meal plan is designed for your lifestyle.
- Shopping list
- Photos of all meals
- Nutrient composition of meals (carbs, protein, and fat) and the total’s day’s intake
- Contains the foods you enjoy!

How to order:
Order online via PayPal or credit card. Upon Elizabeth receiving payment, she will send you an email with an online form to complete. This will assist Elizabeth to put together your meal plan. This form will include details on why you want the plan as well as your likes, dislikes and time constraints plus you can add anything else relevant. Meal plans will be delivered to your email inbox within 5 working days upon completion of the online assessment form.
