12-Week Customised Online Fitness Program

Our 12-week fitness program includes 2 individual sessions per week and is suitable for all fitness levels. 

Upon purchasing, Elizabeth will send you an intake form to assess your current situation, goals, and available equipment. Elizabeth will then create a custom program based on the information provided.

The program will be divided into three phases, with the sessions changing every four weeks. Each phase will consist of different sessions, resulting in a total of six unique sessions. These personalised sessions are designed to be completed in approximately 45 minutes, although the duration may vary based on individual fitness levels.

Before starting the program, it’s recommended to set a short-term goal, such as being able to complete ten pushups without stopping.

After completing the 12-week program, if you choose to repurchase, Elizabeth will reassess your progress and create a plan to further enhance your strength and fitness goals. This ensures that you are continually challenged and able to make improvements.
