Personal training sessions are currently online only due to the Coronavirus.
Sessions can be done at the convenience of your own home. Elizabeth will discuss with you prior to your session what equipment you may have, or if you don’t have anything that is okay too! Your sessions will be designed with equipment, space, your fitness goals and fitness levels in mind.
With one-on-one training with a personal trainer, the focus is on you and you alone. Personal training sessions are at the OneWellbeing studio in Five Dock. The facility is small, non-threatening and uncrowded – in other words, not your typical gym. You’ll often find it is just you and Elizabeth at the studio at the one time.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, boost energy, gain strength or to feel more confident and happier, Elizabeth can help. Her approach is simple: nothing but the basics as that is all that is needed. When you get the foundation right, success follows. You’ll learn everyday habits that will better your life. You’ll no longer need discipline because it will be a lifestyle change.
All sessions are tailor-made to your goals and fitness levels. The focus is on traditional strength training using dumbbells and barbells and sensible nutritional changes. Elizabeth believes small, consistent changes are better than an all or nothing approach. This approach has helped many clients over the years and has resulted in long-lasting results in fat loss and improved health.
