Peanut Butter Protein Balls

A really quick snack to make. The nut butter is filled with protein and fats which is incredibly satisfying. It will keep you fuller for longer.
Ingredients
- 120 g fresh, pitted dates
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon protein powder
- 150 g peanut butter
Instructions
- Mix together oats, dates, coconut and protein powder in a processor. It should resemble crumbs.
- Once done move the mixture into a bowl and mix with the peanut butter. You want the mixture to look like a dough. You may need to add a little water.
- Roll into 12 balls. Coat with desiccated coconut, nuts or oats.
