Mustard Roasted Chickpeas

- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- sea sat to taste
- Mix all ingredients together and spread on a baking tray. Salt.
- Put tray in an oven of about 180 C. Cook for about 40 minutes, turning every ten minutes to prevent sticking. Chickpeas should be crunchy when done.
