
Mixed Seed Crackers

These are a great snack full of protein, healthy fats and fibre. Eat as is or add them to your salads for crunch!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 ml water
Instructions
- Mix ingredients in a bowl and then spread the mixture out onto your baking tray, and bake in the oven at 160 C for 30 minutes.
- Then half way , cut into squares and turn over. Bake for a further 25 minutes.
