Have you ever thought about why people bless their food or say grace before a meal? Is there a purpose to it?
Until recently I never gave it any thought. I just saw it as a religious thing. But lately, I began to wonder.
Food carries energy. People have an energy frequency, people vibrate. So isn’t it logical to vibrate higher, the food consumed ideally should be one of a high frequency.
Dr Emato in 1999 describes an experiment in which water droplets were frozen and analysed. The droplets of water had a positive or negative intention upon being frozen. When analaysed under a microscope it was found that the water which received loving thoughts had pretty snowflake structures. The water which had negative received intention showed chaotic and disorganized crystals. Considering our bodies are primarily made up of water, imagine what our thoughts have the power of doing to us?
Everything around us is energy. A homecooked meal cooked by your grandma is probably your favourite dish. The love and energy that goes into the meal has a great impact on you, not just physically. When you then bless the food, setting positive intentions, you are raising the vibrational energy of the food which in turn increases your vibration. You are thanking all the people who took part in the meal you are eating and the animals or plants that gave up their life.
The higher your vibration, the lighter you feel in your physical, emotional and mental bodies. You have little discomfort physically and your emotions are easily dealt with. You are full of light and people are drawn to you. Having a lower vibration you will get sick and develop health problems. Low vibration contributes to anger, depression and sadness.
Think about the vibration of the food you are consuming. If you are ordering from a fast-food chain, where the workers get paid little, feel under-valued and over-worked, what energy would that food be carrying?
Could this by one of the reasons why eating at fast-food doesn’t really make us feel great afterwards?
