- Olive oil
- Pre heat oven to 180 C.
- Peel and thinly slice beetroot.
- Coat with olive oil and season.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until they dry out. Carefully monitor the last 5 minutes as they can burn quickly. The ends will turn up slightly when they are ready.
- Allow to cool. They will crisp up more as they cool.
