  1. bunch coriander
  2. 1/2 bunch mint
  3. 1/2 cup cashews (or use what you have - I have used sunflower seeds & hemp seeds too)
  4. 1 tbps lemon juice
  5. 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
  6. 1 clove garlic minced
  7. salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients until creamy.
