- This is an online training program in which Elizabeth will create 1x workout plan specifically suited to your own personal goals you want to achieve.
- You will receive via email a detailed workout plan document in PDF, showing 3 days of different workouts to follow during the week. This can be a gym based or a home-based workout depending on your requirements.
- You will receive via email one nutritional meal plan to support your goals. This plan will contain 3 days of meals for you to alternate between.
- You will receive 4 weeks of online personal training support from Elizabeth via email. Emails will be answered Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. In your emails, you may update Elizabeth on your current weight and body measurements. Please note you are purchasing a workout training program. The questions whilst can be food based must only be general. She will not answer questions about complex matters. If you have a specific health condition you’d like to address you will need to book in for a nutritional consultation.
- The program is valid for 4 weeks from the date your plans are emailed to you.
