I add this to my salad sandwiches for my protein. It makes it much more satisfying, I find myself fuller for longer definitely!

- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 - 2 tbsp yellow mustard (depends on how strong you like it)
- salt & pepper to taste
- touch of garlic powder
- juice of half a lemon
- 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
- Blend all ingredients together until a creamy spreadable texture.
- You could add some grated carrot or celery into the mix as well.
