Apple Crumble Porridge

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- handful crushed walnuts
- apple sliced
- butter (I used nuttelex)
- In a saucepan add the liquid and oats. Simmer until creamy, about 10 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan, add a little butter, the apple slices and cinnamon. Cook until softened.
- Once both are cooked, in a bowl add the oats with the apple slices on top. Add the walnuts. You may like to add a bit of yogurt too.
